This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the “AMB – All My Buttons” app (“App”).

2) Data We Process

2.1 Data processed directly by the App

The App does not require registration and, under normal use, does not directly collect identifying information such as your name, surname, or address.

The App may store certain preferences locally on your device, for example app language and timer/widget settings, to provide the requested functionality.

2.2 Data processed by third-party services integrated in the App

The App integrates third-party services that may process personal data and/or device identifiers:

A) Advertising – Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK)

To display ads, the App uses Google AdMob. Depending on your consent choices, AdMob may process:

• advertising identifiers, for example Advertising ID;
• IP address, also used to infer approximate location;
• device information, such as model, operating system, language and network;
• ad interaction and diagnostics data, including impressions, clicks, performance and troubleshooting.

B) GDPR Consent – Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

In Europe (EEA/UK/CH), ad consent and “privacy options” are managed via UMP.

You can manage or change your consent choices at any time in the App: Settings → “Privacy options”.

C) In-app purchases – Google Play Billing

If you make an in-app purchase, for example ad removal or subscription, the transaction is handled by Google Play. The Controller does not receive your full payment details, such as credit card number. The App may receive technical purchase information, such as purchase status/IDs, to enable purchased features and restore purchases.

D) Feedback via email

If you use “Feedback/Reports”, the App opens your device’s email client with a pre-filled message.

The data sent depends on what you choose to send. The Controller will receive your email and your sender email address.

3) Purposes and Legal Bases

A) Providing the App’s features

Purpose: operate timers/widgets and store preferences locally on the device.

Legal basis: performance of a contract/service requested by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for technical operation.

B) Advertising (AdMob)

Purpose: display ads and support the development of the App.

Legal basis:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for personalised advertising and for processing required by European regulations.
• In some cases, non-personalised ads may be shown without consent, within the limits allowed by applicable rules and Google settings.

C) In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

Purpose: enable purchased features and manage purchase restoration.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

D) Support communications (email)

Purpose: respond to support requests and bug reports.

Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and/or consent when you choose to send an email.

4) Data Sharing

The Controller does not sell personal data.

Data may be processed by third-party providers integrated in the App, especially Google, under their own terms and privacy policies.

In particular:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK
• Google Play Billing

5) International Transfers

Google services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such transfers are handled using legal mechanisms recognized by data protection laws, for example Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid safeguards.

6) Data Retention

• App preferences: stored locally on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App’s data.
• Support emails: retained as long as needed to handle your request and/or comply with legal obligations.
• Advertising data: processed by Google according to Google’s retention policies.

7) Your Rights (GDPR)

Where applicable, you may exercise your GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.

For ads and consent:

• you can change your choices in the App: Settings → “Privacy options”;
• you can manage the Advertising ID in your device settings;
• you can manage Google ad preferences via Google’s tools/settings.

8) Children

The App is not designed for children under 13 and is not specifically directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us.

9) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest update date is shown at the top.
